Everybody's entry fee goes into one pot. We take 20% of it and the rest goes to whoever is left. Your money is held until the challenge settles — there is no balance to top up and nothing to withdraw between games.
No, and the difference is not a technicality. Nothing here is decided by chance. You are not betting on an outcome — you are being asked to do something, and either you did it or you did not.
It is the same shape as playing your mate for a tenner at tennis. The money moves because somebody performed better, not because a number came up. Every challenge is something entirely within your own control, and no challenge depends on anybody else showing up or agreeing to anything.
